Functional Training is the training method that empowers the body for the movements of everyday life.

The concept of Functional Training began with rehabilitation and aims to adapt and develop the exercise range  so that practitioners can carry out their daily activities easily, without pain or injuries. It aims to empower all muscle groups, using resistance equipment. All studio equipment (Aerosling, Bosu, Flowin, Medicine Balls, Ugi Ball, Kettlebells, Sandbags, Stroops, Fit balls, pilates props) is used.
