Hatha Yoga is an integrated training system designed to bring together soul, mind and body.

Vinyasa yoga, created by Hatha yoga, means “synchronizing movement & breathing”. Through a series of stops, movements and breaths, it creates a flexible & healthy body, releases tension, while at the same time cleans and calms the mind. It offers wellness, energy and mental balance. Vinyasa is a predetermined succession of asanas, with short stays at each stop, but with clear breathing phases perfectly coordinated with the transition movements. (An example of Vinyasa is the ” Sun Salutation”).
